Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Iced Out Sounds. Because we sell digital products (sample packs, presets, sounds, and other downloadable files), all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once a purchase has been completed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital good that is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense once it has been downloaded or accessed.

Damaged, corrupt, or incorrect files

If you experience a technical issue with your purchase — for example, a corrupt download, a missing file, or you received the wrong product — please contact us at icedout@icedoutsounds.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number and a description of the problem, and we'll work with you to re-deliver the files or fix the issue.

This is a replacement/support process, not a refund.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

EU consumer law normally provides a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for digital content delivered immediately, this right does not apply once the download has begun, provided you have given prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase and downloading your files, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

If you are an EU customer and you have not yet downloaded or accessed your files, contact us within 14 days of purchase at icedout@icedoutsounds.com and we will review your request.

License and unauthorized sharing

Your purchase grants you a license to use the digital products according to the terms provided at checkout. Sharing, redistributing, or reselling the files is strictly prohibited and may result in your license being revoked without refund.
